GTW uses some of the same technology from our Premium Paver Tracks as we do in our Tank Tuff Agricultural Tracks. Here’s a glimpse of what you can expect from our paver tracks:
· Steel-Guard Cable System: High-Tensile main cables and our “Steel-Guard” inner cable system meets and even surpasses OEM standards. These steel cables are engineered with toughness in mind. Our cable system is designed to prevent stretching, distorting, punctures, and prevent cuts, tears, and punctures.
· One-Step Vulcanization: Our state-of-the-art one-step manufacturing production process that is also used to manufacture our construction and agricultural tracks is used to produce our premium paver tracks. The one-step vulcanization process is used to increase adhesion between the main carcass and the guide blocks, resulting in less cutting or tearing off of the guide blocks from the track.
· Premium Rubber Compounds: Our engineers have developed a gold-standard rubber compound. We talked with several off-the-road industries to make sure our premium blend of natural rubber would endure any application. Our rubber compound was developed to increase the longevity of the track, guide blocks, and prevent cuts and tears. We even put additional support where the midrollers meet the track.
